When you enter your details for your profile, you are asked to supply an email address.  Any replies you receive will go to that email address.  We do not receive replies for you; this safeguards your privacy and it is not necessary for you to visit this site to collect any responses to your profile.

When the time comes that you no longer wish to have your profile displayed, just send an email requesting removal to us (sharon@lovelylargeladies.com) and we will delete it for you.  Please use the email address for your profile to do this or otherwise send us your password so that we know the person making the request for removal is the person who actually placed the profile.

You are very welcome to send us your picture through the post to the address below.  Please remember to include your profile name.  We will scan your picture for you and notify you by email when it's done.  Enclose an S.A.E. if you want the picture returned please.  Pictures should be sent to :-

Yes, but we will need to combine them into one image for you due to limitations on space.

We do need to make some changes to the image sometimes, usually because it is too dark or contains a lot of surroundings that are not relevant (so we clip them to save space and time loading).  We have a graphics artist that enhances the pictures and compresses them (so that your pages display as quickly as possible), but we NEVER cosmetically edit the images - if there is a big spot on the end of your nose it will stay there!  The idea is to portray as accurate an image as possible of the profiler.

Just click here to email it to us, mentioning the profile name to attach it to.  Any popular format will do.  We will convert it to a .jpg image for you.  Please use your profile email address to send the picture, otherwise anyone could send in a picture purporting to be yours!

Usually when this happens, it is because the membership name and password are not typed in EXACTLY as originally specified.  You can retrieve your membership password automatically by clicking here or send an email asking for it if you prefer.

Yes indeed, we would be delighted to help.  You can also view our advice on the site but if you need any further help, you are welcome to ask us for a personal (free) evaluation of your profile.  Profile advice is given by a qualified psychologist/counsellor and is a free service.  We know which profiles produce good results and which don't!

Certainly not!  Nor do we ever pass email address lists on to any third party.  We don't have those annoying pop-up windows either!  We treat our visitors the way we would like to be treated.

We do not include profile dates on profiles because some people have been with us for a while get concerned that they will not get replies if their profile date is several months old.  The vast majority of our profiles are less than a few months old and we test all email addresses weekly using special software that detects whether or not the email address is still active (without sending a message and bothering our profilers).  Profiles with no longer active or non-existent email addresses are deleted.  We also urge people to remove their profiles once they are no longer looking to meet more people and we encourage all visitors to let us know if they make contact with someone who is no longer looking so that we can delete their profile.  We are very confident that 99% or more of our profilers are still available to be contacted!
